During the development of a sign it may become apparent that the timing of certain animations is not having the desired effect e.g. a fade-in is too slow, or a move-off is too fast.
One option is to delete the key frames for the affected layer and create new animations in the desired places. However, it is often easier to simply drag key frames into new positions. For example, an animation can be made longer (slower) by dragging the final key frame further to the right.
