To deploy a sign, you need to log into your SignStix account and assign your chosen sign to the zone that contains your screen.  You can then use the ‘Deploy Content’ button to make the affected screen(s) update to show the new sign.

Follow the steps below.

1. Log into your SignStix account by visiting the following URL in a web browser: http://cms.signstix.com

2. Enter your login details.

3. Once logged in, click on ‘Deployment’ in the menu at the top left. This will open the ‘Campaigns’ page with the default campaign (called ‘My Campaign’).

4. The main section of the page lists all the sites currently in your estate.

5. Click on the site of interest e.g. Headquarters.  This will show a list of all the zones in that site.

6. Click the down-arrow next to the zone of interest e.g. Reception. This selects the zone and opens the content panel showing the signage and default playlist currently assigned to it.

The default playlist determines what will be shown in any video box within a sign.  It may be a list of video files or a live TV channel.  
If a sign does not have a video box then the playlist is not relevant.


7. To assign a new sign to the zone, click the ‘Signs’ button in the left-hand panel.

This will show a list of all the signs known to the system.



8. Find your sign, and click the green ‘plus’ symbol.  This assigns it to the currently selected zone.


9. Press the ‘Deploy Content’ button near the top right (and confirm your intentions in the resulting dialog). This will send the latest signage assignments across the network to the corresponding screens.

10. Assuming your signage screen and device are switched on, the content shown on the screen should change to your new test sign within about 60 seconds.

You have now deployed your first sign!  You have successfully got started with SignStix!
